Students interested in participating will need:
- a physical on file with the school nurse
- a signed participation agreement
- a concussion information sheet on file with the coach
Each sport has an early season meeting to discuss the particulars regarding that sport. If you have questions, please contact the Crone Office at 630-428-5600.
